Question 1

What is GAMYZO and how does single slot matchmaking work?

Accepted Answer

GAMYZO is India’s premier community sports matchmaking platform. Instead of paying ₹800–₹1500 to rent an entire court and struggling to find players, GAMYZO allows individual players to book single slots (₹120–₹250) in pre-arranged Badminton, Box Cricket, Football, and Pickleball matches across Bengaluru arenas.

Question 2

How is GAMYZO different from whole-venue court booking apps like Playo or Hudle?

Accepted Answer

Traditional turf apps require you to organize a full team and pay for the entire venue upfront. GAMYZO organizes the match, provides guaranteed court slots, matches you with balanced players of similar skill levels, and assigns your specific court number 2 hours prior to the game with on-site coordinator oversight.

Question 3

When and how do I receive my court number on GAMYZO?

Accepted Answer

Your arena court or turf number is automatically assigned and delivered directly to your match page, WhatsApp, and SMS notification exactly 2 hours prior to the match start time.

Question 4

How do wallet points and top-ups work on GAMYZO?

Accepted Answer

1 GAMYZO Point (PTS) equals ₹1 INR. Players top up via UPI to receive bonus points based on promotional tiers (e.g. ₹500, ₹1000, ₹2000 packages). Points are instantly usable for any match booking.

Question 5

What sports and Bengaluru neighborhoods are supported on GAMYZO?

Accepted Answer

GAMYZO hosts daily matches for Badminton (wooden & synthetic courts), Box Cricket (6v6 to 8v8), Turf Football (5v5/6v6), and Pickleball across major Bengaluru localities including HSR Layout, Koramangala, Indiranagar, Whitefield, Marathahalli, Bellandur, Sarjapur Road, Electronic City, JP Nagar, Jayanagar, and Rajajinagar.

Question 6

What is the refund guarantee if a match is cancelled?

Accepted Answer

If a match is cancelled by the coordinator or arena due to rain, court maintenance, or minimum player thresholds, 100% of your booking points are immediately refunded to your GAMYZO wallet with zero deduction.

Question 7

What gear or footwear is required for indoor badminton matches?

Accepted Answer

Standard non-marking badminton shoes and personal rackets are recommended for all indoor wooden and synthetic courts in Bengaluru. Non-marking shoes are strictly mandatory across all partner academies.
